The Great Experiment
I created a website for a hobby 6 months ago. I thought for sure people would see it and like it. I posted a couple of links on the net. To my dismy, no one came to see it. After two months I gave up and closed the site. Immediately, I started researching how to get traffic. I found plenty of ways to get worthless traffic. Never anything that brought targeted traffic or reoccuring visitors. It reaaly sucked. I wanted a forum filled with people that had simular intrest.
I found my way to 2 very helpfull sites:
sitepoint
digitalpoint
They talked about SEO, linking, web development. They really helped me understand the internet, and how it works. Now that I understand how things work, I want to give my new methods a try and let other people know the results.
Keep an eye on the site if your looking for ideas and whether or not they actually work.

Spell words correctly and you might get "target markets" you are aiming for -- literate, intelligent customers who want information they can put confidence behind and return to on a continual basis for convenience... without having to look elsewhere.
